Part-I    George H. W. Bush 1990 Iraq War-Cabal-LIES

Few know that the 1990 Iraq war was also began using lies and false intelligence. This was when President G.H.W Bush used deceit and lies literally inviting Saddam to invade Kuwait. Kuwait in 1989 had been encouraged by the CIA to slant drill from disputed border areas into Iraq reserves. The 'Four Sister' or 4-Corp Oil-Cartel that controls a majority of the worlds oil-production used OPEC and Kuwait to flood the world oil-market, this caused an Int'l-Oil glut and oil prices dropping to $11.00/bbl. Saddam before taking action against Kuwait called in the US ambassador and advised of his intentions concerning Kuwait. The action Bush (sr) took upon learning of Saddams intent to possibly invading Kuwait, was to send diplomat April Glaspie with a message that effectively permitted Saddam to invade Kuwait. The message was to inform Saddam we (US gov) would not get involved in this border dispute. A second message from US Sect-State re-emphasized our permission. Immediately after this Saddam began the invasion, just as immediately the American public were treated to a total facade about Iraq atrocities in Kuwait (documents say a total of 203 people died in the invasion), lies again used to prepare America for war... do you remember...

Hill & Knowlton PR-agency, Nayirah, and the Incubator Baby Atrocities.
On October 10, 1990, a 15-year old Kuwaiti girl here in America was shown on nation wide TV. This young girl delivered an emotionally moving testimony to the Congressional Human Rights Caucus. Her written testimony was passed out in a media kit by her CFK handlers. "I volunteered at the al-Addan hospital," Nayirah said. "While I was there, I saw the Iraqi soldiers come into the hospital with guns, and go into the room where ... babies were in incubators. They took the babies out of the incubators, took the incubators, and left the babies on the cold floor to die."

Her story of course was not corroborated before broadcast. It was later proved false, but not until after it had successfully been used to argue the case for the first Persian Gulf War to the US Public, the US Congress, and the UN. Bush (sr) calling it a war for Democracy, that was more accurately a war for Monarchy which Kuwait is. Nayirah declined to reveal her last name, allegedly out of fear of Iraqi reprisals. She, as it turned out, was no ordinary Kuwaiti hospital volunteer. Nayirah was actually the daughter of Kuwait's ambassador to the US, and a member of the al-Sabah royal family. Later investigations by Amnesty International proved that she had never worked at the al-Addan hospital at all, and there were no accounts to corroborate her story. The royal family spurned all subsequent attempts by the media to interview her.

Adding another, less obvious layer to the overall deception, the Congressional Human Rights Caucus was not a real Congressional committee, either. It was only a name that was given to an association of politicians, chaired by California Democrat Tom Lantos and Illinois Republican John Porter, who were both members of the Congressional Human Rights Foundation. Employing the sort of double blind twist one might expect to find only in classical CIA-type foreign government front organizations, the Congressional Human Rights Foundation itself was not a real Congressional body, either. It was a legally separate entity from the US Congress, occupying free office space, valued at $3,000 per year, at Hill & Knowlton's Washington DC office. H&K created the entire fiction of Nayirah's testimony for a fee of $11.5 million from the Kuwaiti government, laundered through CFK.

The facts now documented show that the US government had produced a military power in Iraq that dwarfed those in the Middle East, also once Iraq stopped fighting (our war) against Iran in mid-1980's, the US-gov had to regain control of the monster we had created. This was accomplished with the aid of the neighboring regime in Kuwait, the details are as follows.

Following the Iran-Iraq War of the 1980s, Iraq was heavily indebted to several Arab countries, including a $14 billion debt to Kuwait. Iraq hoped to repay its debts by raising the price of oil through OPEC oil production cuts, but instead, Kuwait increased production, lowering prices, in an attempt to leverage a better resolution of their border dispute. In addition, Iraq charged that Kuwait had taken advantage of the Iran-Iraq War to drill for oil and build military outposts under Iraqi soil near Kuwait. Furthermore, Iraq charged that it had performed a collective service for all Arabs by acting as a buffer against Iran and that therefore Kuwait and Saudi Arabia should negotiate or cancel Iraq's war debts. Ideologically, the invasion of Kuwait was justified through calls to Arab nationalism with Kuwait described as a natural part of Iraq carved off by British imperialism.

In late July, 1990, as negotiations between Iraq and Kuwait stalled, Iraq massed troops on Kuwait's borders and summoned American ambassador April Glaspie for a meeting with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. In that meeting, Saddam outlined his grievances against Kuwait, while promising that he would not invade Kuwait before one more round of negotiations. Although Glaspie expressed concern over the troop buildup, people have perceived her answers as giving tacit approval for an invasion, by saying that the US “[has] no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait.” To emphasize this point, she also said at the meeting, Secretary of State “James Baker has directed our official spokesmen to emphasize this instruction.”

Videotaped meeting of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein and US Ambassador April Glaspie:
July 25, 1990 (Eight days before the August 2, 1990 Iraqi Invasion of Kuwait)

US Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie: "I have direct instructions from President Bush to improve our relations with Iraq. We have considerable sympathy for your quest for higher oil prices, the immediate cause of your confrontation with Kuwait. We can see that you have deployed massive numbers of troops in the south. Normally that would be none of our business."
President Saddam Hussein: "As you know, for years now I have made every effort to reach a settlement on our dispute with Kuwait. There is to be a meeting in two days; I am prepared to give negotiations only this one more brief chance. (pause) When we (the Iraqis) meet (with the Kuwaitis) and we see there is hope, then nothing will happen. But if we are unable to find a solution, then it will be natural that Iraq will not accept death."
Glaspie: "We have no opinion on your Arab - Arab conflicts, such as your dispute with Kuwait. Secretary (of State James) Baker has directed me to emphasize the instruction, first given to Iraq in the 1960's, that the Kuwait issue is not associated with America."
President Saddam Hussein: (smiles)

In November 1989, CIA director William Webster met with the Kuwaiti head of security, Brigadier Fahd Ahmed Al-Fahd. Subsequent to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, Iraq claimed to have found a memorandum pertaining to this conversation. It was reported that Kuwaiti's foreign minister fainted when confronted with this document at an Arab summit in August. Later, Iraq cited this memorandum as evidence of a CIA-Kuwaiti plot to destabilize Iraq economically and politically. The CIA and Kuwait have described the meeting as routine and the memorandum as a forgery. The document reads in part:

We agreed with the American side that it was important to take advantage of the deteriorating economic situation in Iraq in order to put pressure on that country's government to delineate our common border. The Central Intelligence Agency gave us its view of appropriate means of pressure, saying that broad cooperation should be initiated between us on condition that such activities be coordinated at a high level.

Author and former U.S. Department of State official William Blum argues in his book, 'Killing Hope', that Iraq was right about the CIA-Kuwait plot. The plot, Blum argues, was in response to increasing Iraqi warnings about American hegemony in the Gulf region, as well as to help stanch expected cuts in defense spending and boost President Bush's domestic popularity.

Another interesting outcome of the 1990 Iraq war, is that it may not have been Iraqi forces that began the Kuwait oil well fires, instead there is now a report by US veterans of that war, that special US Military forces began the oil well fires. Not only this, but outlawed bombs such as Napalm and other incinderary devices were used against fleeing Iraqi forces, this operation referred today as the "Turkey Shoot."

Part-II    George W. Bush (junior) 2000 Iraq War-Cabal-LIES

Today proven oil reserves of Kuwait are quickly dwindling. Because of this, the previously sacrosanct 'Kuwait-only' energy industry is being thrown open to large oil corporations, these would have the technologies capable of removing the remaining reserve. Kuwait oil reserves are primarily found in North/South fields within or on Kuwait borders, the wells under debate by Iraq were in disputed border areas within fields of Iraq oil reserves. Approximately 2 years after the Iraq war (1992-3); after supposedly most of Kuwait wells were destroyed (which instead appear to be border wells), Kuwait has not only met but is strongly surpassing pre-war production.

Kuwait oil production before the invasion is what angered Saddam, Kuwait along with most OPEC producers were exceeding agreed upon production limits, the resulting Int'l. Oil Glut driving oil prices down as low as $9.46/bbl. Today by contrast as Iraq oil production is being brought back to pre-war level, Int'l. oil prices have skyrocketed to $66.00/bbl, and in year 2007 passing an unbelievable $150.00/bbl. The UN has also voiced concern that Halliburton( no-bid contractor and subsidiary Kellog Brown & Root) in charge of putting Iraq oil fields into operation are not metering production or keeping proper records of oil sold.

International Oil prices tell a story, if you know how to read a chart. For instance, when the US-government partnered with Saddam to fight our enemy Iran, Int'l Oil sold at $30.00/bbl. However in 1990 when we had to get rid of our former friend Saddam, Int'l Oil sold only for $12.00/bbl. By 1999 when America had to be sold on Empire ambitions of "World Constabulary" war, Int'l Oil price went from $9.46/bbl (1999) to $38.00/bbl (2001). By 2007 to keep America interested in war, Int'l Oil prices had risen to over $150.00/bbl and despite Iraq Oil fields being put back into production.

Today thanks to the regime set up in Iraq by the Bush-Admin., Iraq now have a monster worse than they had under Saddam Hussein. In fact many of the underlings today doing the torture and killing are the very same people. It is only the leaders whose (names) have changed, the training being done with CIA funds and in places like the old Russian military base near Kapsovar Hungry, these 'Free Iraqi Forces' began to be trained in 1991. This apparently proving that the Pentagon is using the CIA much as was it's OSS predecessor in Operation Paperclip, when enlisting Nazi-SS war criminals rescued from Germany after WWII.

There may be those who believe 'CABAL' is a little strong when talking about an agency set up singularly for the President of the United States, yet this is what the very deceptive Cabal of radicals called themselves when in year 2002 they set about in a special Pentagon office to 'manufacture' Iraq war intelligence delivered singularly (only) to President George W. Bush.

After George Bush took office as President in 2000, one of the first directives he gave Rumfield (Dept of Defense), was that plans would begin for an invasion of Iraq, the purpose for installing a 'new regime'. In his first year the Bush administration began putting pressure on US intelligence agencies to provide better intel needed to invade Iraq. In Sept. 11, 2001 however this all changed, the ideal condition mentioned in the Cheney PNAC-plans (Project for the New American Century) being a 'New Pearl Harbor' that would help expidite the 'World Constublary' came to fruition, the World Trade Center attack enabled an entirely new tact by the Bush administration.

This is when Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz under the guiding influence of Cheney took over the 'Northern Gulf Affairs Office' in the Pentagon, and changed it into the 'Office of Special Plans'. The Office was overseen by Under-Secretary of Defense William Luti, a retired Navy captain. Luti was an early advocate of military action against Iraq, and, as the Administration moved toward war, policy making shifted away from military to the civilians within this OSP-cabal, and Luti taking on increasingly important responsibilities.

In his book “The Price of Loyalty,” Bush’s former Treasury Secretary, Paul O’Neill said that the Iraq war was planned just days after the president was sworn into office. “From the very beginning, there was a conviction, that Saddam Hussein was a bad person and that he needed to go,” O’Neill said, adding that going after Saddam Hussein was a priority 10 days after the Bush’s inauguration and eight months before Sept. 11. The secret British memo later confirmed the primary directive of the PNAC plan for the Iraq pre-emptive war. This led to proof that Bush had vastly escalated bombing of Iraq well before Congress even began their Special Resolution defaulting their Constitutional responsibility of 'Declaring War' to the Executive Office. This Resolution never mentions a declaration of war, however outlines restrictions and parameters that the Bush-Admin. completely ignored.

The advisers and analysts who then began their work at the Office of Special Plans soon began the black art attributed to 'The Cabal'. This cabal as might be expected, was mirrored in Blair's British government. Their intelligence was gathered (from sources many called unsavory) and 'cherry-picked' by selecting special Intel from groups and organizations such the Iraq National Congress (I.N.C.). This exile group had earlier been set up by the CIA and was headed by Ahmad Chalabi. This special Intel then bypassed checks of all reliable Intelligence agencies, going directly to George Bush. By fall of 2002, the operation rivalled both the C.I.A. and the Pentagon’s own Defense Intelligence Agency (the D.I.A.), and was President Bush’s main source of intelligence. The Bush administration then used this Intel to shape public opinion and American policy toward Iraq.

The invasion of course has already taken place (even BEFORE Congress Passed War Resolution), however in this process an interesting AIPAC scandal (Dec 2004) has developed. This scandal appears to have roots within the same Cabal group, involving a mid level agent in the DOD named Larry Franklin, this individual was arrested by the FBI for handing over top secret documents to the Israeli lobby group /spy ring AIPAC. These documents were said to cover first strike plan on Iran. There were also documents on 911, Iraq, and Osama bin Laden. The FBI went to Franklins house and found over 84 top secret document's plus another 314 from the DOD. Franklin worked under Douglas Feith another insider in the DOD. Feith resigned as soon as it came out that Franklin was under investigation. Richard Perle another Bush administration insider in the DOD had been caught before spying for Israel (in the 1980s), Perle also has decided to resign.

As a result of this deception and lies, it is now evident to most of the world these "Refurbished WMD and Factories" that the Bush-Admin. described knowing exact locations were a figment of this "Cabals" imagination. This remains a predominant world view despite the Bush administration declaring immediately before the invasion they had proof (from spies and spy-plane/satellite) as to the precise locations of both the Refurbished Factories and WMD-Stockpile's. At least there is strong evidence that (all) of these "spies-planes-satellites" did not help the Bush-Administration to keep track of one-single "Proof."

Today the Bush/PNAC administration continues control in Iraq through covert policies implemented in setting up the present provisional government leadership. These leaders are tools now used to maintain varying degrees of economic and political control in Iraq, and this is the result of 100 Orders enacted by L. Paul Bremer, III, head of the now defunct Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) before his departure.

It was thought that the “end” of the occupation would also mean the end of the Orders. Instead, in his final Order enacted on his last day in the country, Bremer simply transferred authority for the Orders over to the new Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi. For his part, Allawi—a thirty-year exile of Iraq with close ties to both the CIA and British Intelligence Services—is considered America’s new man in charge of Iraq.

Bremer also ensured the implementation of the Orders by stacking every Ministry with U.S. appointed authorities with five year terms well into the period of the new elected government, which would take office by the end of that year. The result of this 'new regime' installed into Iraq leadership is obvious from the carnage and killing described earlier.

Today the Iraq government mostly people elected in sham and controlled elections enabled by controlling Iraq Media are bristling at orders from the US-Gov to pass a law that will privatize the Iraq Oil Reserves, and will quite evidently be sold to the Four Sisters, better known as the four Mega-Oil-Corp's that control the majority of the worlds oil production.

The Skull & Bones Club that both Bush father and son attended, appears to have served them well, proving again that religious training will prove out in later life. Also proving, you can fool some of the people some time, some of the people all of the time, and although having strong opinions in the process, are in the majority dangerously uninformed.
