Al-Khazraji who had defected to Denmark was charged with war crimes against Iraqi Kurds, under a court order he was to remain in Denmark, he escaped in 1999 under mysterious circumstances. If true that the CIA was involved, it mirrors another past operation, where nazi SS agents were spirited out of Germany by the US government for 'needed' services.

A Danish reporter Arne Moeller said that CIA agents shepherded Khazraji out of Denmark to help with the war against Saddam: “All the witnesses told our newspaper that he left in a black car heading to the south of Denmark.” A Gulfstream aircraft “was ready to take off and two members of the CIA put him on board.” Kellogg, Brown and Root won a 10 year contract to provide support services to U.S. military bases around the world on Dec. 14, 2001. The contract is known as the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). The Brown and Root Services, a subsidiary of Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) and its Dallas-based parent company Halliburton Corp., is running operations at the base from its fortress-like headquarters in Kaposvar. Brown and Root employees are forbidden from discussing what they do and see at the base. Local authorities say, “I don’t know” and add they are not allowed to discuss activities related to the base. An interesting side note, Halliburton is still paying Vice President Cheney a deferred salary, of which (one only) Congressman said should be investigated.

This means Cheney contracted Halliburton and subsidiaries along with the provisional government appear to be trying their hardest to keep Iraq destitute by creating internal conflict. Within US Covert operations today this is called "Strategy of Tension" policy, or divide and conquer. What is happening in Iraq may well be the Pentagon plan called the 'Salvador Option', this name is from an operation during US government involvement with an El Salvador regime then in power, and the secret murder of any and all dissenting citizens.

While terrorism in Iraq and around the world has sharply escalated, the Bush-Admin has constantly charged Iran with furnishing weapons and causing Iraq civil war. Criticism is aimed primarily against Iran and Islamic religious leaders as those responsible. What the American media has not reported is Islamic Cleric leaders in Iraq, in America, and around the world who spoke out from the beginning and ever since specifically to denounce these acts of terrorism by radical's who corrupt what the Qur'an teaches. They even called for the capture of Osama bin Laden when told a video had him announcing he ordered the 911 attack, however this video was found a poor fake, and today with nine of the WTC-terrorists found still alive, even the FBI has refused to make charges against a single one... see Islamic Cleric statements below.

Despite the Cheney-administration blaming Islamic Iraqi 'insurgents'; or as Bush calls Islamofascisterrorist, as responsible for all terrorism in Iraq, Islamic world leaders have constantly spoken against this terrorism. On Oct. 13, 2001 Rep. Joseph Pitts, R-Pa., informed the House of Representatives and had inserted into Congressional Records that the grand imam of Al-Azhar, Sheikh Tantawi, denounced bin Laden. Rep. Pitts was clear in characterizing Sheikh Tantawi as "the highest and most respected Islamic authority in the world."

Within days after 9/11, Talgat Tajuddin, the high mufti of Russian Muslims, called for the extradition of bin Laden from Afghanistan. The high mufti stressed that a man who advises to kill cannot be God's counselor, however much he may quote the Quran. This is in contrast after 911 when Geo Bush speech writers carefully selected a response calling for a "Crusade" in retaliation.

The North American Fiqh (jurisprudence) Council issued a formal fatwa on Sept. 27, 2001, that condemned bin Ladin's actions of 9/11 and sanctioned Muslim participation in the United States' military response in Afghanistan.

On April 3, 2002, an extraordinary session of the Organization of Islamic Conference foreign ministers in Kuala Lumpur adopted a stark resolution condemning the brutal terror attacks of Sept. 11. Although the OIC is not a religious body, it is an umbrella organization of 57 Islamic countries.

On March 12 of this year, Spain's leading Muslim cleric's issued a religious order condemning bin Laden and declaring that he had violated Islam by backing attacks such as the Madrid train bombings. The order was issued after consultations with North African religious scholars in Morocco, Algeria and other countries.

These and many other ongoing actions today of leading Muslim Islamic Clerics are being deliberately ignored, instead it might be said deliberate lies and Muslim radicals are being used by the Cheney administration to facilitate disinformation.

Today in Iraq there is again torture and killing being done with increasing numbers, primarily to Sunni minority, unless of course the Sunni have a new tactic of killing themselves off. This murdering of the Sunni, with (supposedly) reprisal's by the Shiite, began shortly after Americans began complaining of the increased number of US casualties in Iraq. As a result of this supposed insurgency/civil war, American casualties dropped for a while. The vast increase of Iraqi-Sunni death and destruction is today suspected by (some) US military officers as being done by the Iraq-gov we helped install. The Iraq Prime Minister has repeatedly said these militia's must be disbanded before unity in Iraq is possible.

The regime set up by the Cheney-Admin called the Coalition Government have already been proven involved in such atrocities. Some in Iraq are saying these atrocities are as bad as during the Saddam Hussien era. These "Pop-Up" Secret Police and Militias of this magnitude and armament are coming from somewhere, and the operation well known by now is the training done by the Cheney-Admin with CIA funding. Training may have began back as early as 2000, the militia of Chalabi flown in with Chalabi soon after the per-emptive invasion had to have come from somewhere. The Iraqi men involved as Muslim are the radical such as the Freedom Fighters the US-gov helped form in Afghanistan during the 70's, and which Islamic leaders denounce such as the famous Osama bin Laden. What is not being reported is that the Cheney administration is directly linked to increased terrorism, the new twist regarding administration reports of success in Iraq, is that Iraqi-on-Iraqi violence is escalating dramatically. Last July an investigation reported that Iraqi police commandos were running secret torture units, and last week there was international outrage when an Iraqi government bunker was found being used as a makeshift prison. American forces found 173 half-starved prisoners being held in life threatening conditions. Most were Sunnis, and to suggest the Pentagon generals in Iraq had no idea of this setup, is more than unlikely.

Vast amounts of corruption using funds supposed to be rebuilding Iraq, instead going to contractors like Halliburton/KBR who criminally overcharge, then import 3rd World labor who they under pay. At the same time this idiotic greed creates serious Iraq 50-55% unemployment, who after four years occupation still lack even basic utilities. This does not include the oil industry, who the UN says lacks proper monitoring, to the point no one knows exactly how much oil is being pumped, or necessarily where it is going. Cheney-PNAC radicals appearing to believe this is all going well and according to plan. This is the radical-RW plan begun back in 1997, although increased dangers for US servicemen along with torture and murder of Iraqi now agreed by everyone as getting out of control. The new trend in violence is one that Dr Alaa Maki of the Iraqi Islamic Party is familiar with. A month ago his bodyguard, Alaa al-Azawi, was taken from his home with his two brothers by police at midnight. The family were told the men were being taken for investigation. The following day his body was dumped in the street. Iraqi people today are saying this torture and murder is becoming as bad as during the Saddam regime.

Greg Jaffe, the Journal reporter, identified at least six such militia's, one with “several thousand soldiers” lavishly armed with “rocket-propelled-grenade launchers, mortar tubes and lots of ammunition.” Yet these militia's owe their allegiance not to the Iraqi people or government, but to their self-appointed leaders and associated politicians, such as interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi. Even the commander of U.S. forces in the Middle East, Gen. John P. Abizaid, admitted in testimony before Congress on March 1 that such militia's are “destabilizing.” Of these militias, at least three are linked to Allawi. The second is the Defenders of Khadamiya, referring to a Shiite shrine on the outskirts of Baghdad, which appears to be “closely aligned with prominent Shiite cleric Hussein al Sadr.” Al Sadr ran on Allawi’s ticket in the January elections. A third militia, the Special Police Commandos, is led by Gen. Adnan Thabit, who participated in the disastrous 1996 coup against Saddam Hussein that Allawi coordinated. Thabit was jailed and subsequently released shortly before the 2003 U.S. invasion. He is also the uncle of Iraq’s interim minister of the interior, under which the Commandos operate. Thabit told the Armed Forces Press Service last October that the Commandos are drawn from “police who have previous experience fighting terrorism and also people who received special training under the former regime” of Saddam Hussein. A report from October 20, 2004, also quotes U.S. Army Col. James H. Coffman Jr., who specifies that Police Commandos are “former special forces and [former Directorate of General Security] personnel….” Of course (wink wink) there is no possibility these forces are the previously trained (police) from Bernard Kerik who were (wink wink) disbanded. The Directorate of General Security was one of the main security services Saddam Hussein used to maintain an iron grip on Iraq. The Center for Non proliferation Studies describes the service’s role as “detecting dissent among the Iraqi general public” by monitoring “the day-to-day lives of the population, creating a pervasive local presence.” Ironically, Allawi—with U.S. encouragement—has put a network of former Baathists in charge of various security services to fight what the U.S. claims are other Baathists who form the core of the insurgency. They include Thavit’s nephew, Interior Minister Falah al-Naqib, the son of a prominent Baath official. The Minister of Defense is Hazem al-Shaalan, a former Baathist from al-Hillah, and Brig. Gen. Muhammad Abdullah Shahwani, an old-time Baath officer, now head of the Iraqi secret police, according to author and analyst Milan Rai. After four years of military occupation and Corporate occupying Mercenary forces in Iraq, and the selling off (privatization) of Iraq industries (oil, etc.); including many $billions gone-missing, many Iraq citizens still lack the most basic of utilities. Instead Iraq today has had Saddam replaced with a 'new regime' just as the radical-cabal of the Cheney group "PNAC" planned back in 1992. It is also obvious that the “re-baathification” or corrupt Iraq pre-government was deliberately set up by the Cheney administration for this specific purpose. Deliberate slowness in rebuilding Iraq along with deliberate paramilitary and collation-gov covert operations prove that Brit/US Policy from the highest levels are very likely those behind and involved in enabling (most) of the torturing and killing in Iraq today. The corruption and thievery by the PNAC-Cabal in Iraq is literally and completely unbelievable, view this report about the corruption having gone on now in Iraq for over 4-years to present day. These are not the result of "poor planning or insufficient forces," but in fact are the result of pre approved and well known Bush-Admin directives. Leadership within the British and US-gov's. have been involved in every pre-planned step carried out well before the invasion that has enabled continued occupancy in Iraq. This would explain the mystery involving the killing of one Iraq policemen who had stopped a suspicious auto containing two men in Arab clothing. Although neither wore uniforms nor had identification of nationality, dressed in fact with Arab garb with car full of munition's, after killing the policeman the two were arrested and taken to jail. The British military immediately demanded the men were British soldiers and to release them. When Iraq police did not immediately turn them over, a large contingency of tanks and helicopters then destroyed the Iraq jail not only removing the individuals (saying they were soldiers and absolved from Iraq law), but allowed most of the incarcerated inmates to escape. A second situation was Mercenary hired by the US-Gov (DoD) who not only were discovered driving around shooting Iraqi civilians, but who also began firing on US-Military who had set a trap for them. In this case it is a 'Pop-up' Corporation that began around 1990-1, around the time of the Iraq War-I. The personnel in part are made up of Israeli, who according to US government, must be cleared by US Intelligence before they can be used under US-gov contract. Another is Task Force 121 that our Penatgon uses to covertly train apparent American and multi-national personnel in a Special-Special-Forces, that in order to learn about, being so absolutely secret they would apparently then have to kill you.
