The Clinton Presidency
Some people almost eulogize the years that Clinton was President, when in fact this man was as much an Empirical pawn as those before and after. Some tried to glorify the mensa-intellect of Clinton, pointing to the economic upturn during the two terms with Clinton as President, (and) when taxes were raised. This of course requires ignoring the term that Ronald Reagan was President, when economic upturn was also a fact, however using the very opposite tactic of lowering taxes and interest rates.
However what was actually happening during these two "flourishing economic models", certainly from the five periods of National Debt statistics below, is that many in America have developed a very myopic view concerning economy. What the statistics below prove is that you can not spend beyond income, borrow beyond sustainable ability to pay back, and pretend that possessions in the present aren't un-payable debt's of the future.... true only if you are incapable of understanding conditions that are glaringly evident today. No longer can ever increasing population permit ever increasing debt for investment of factory and production, using finite and depleting resources, to produce products for endless consumption, and all of this today an 'unsustainable' cycle.

From the above 'National Debt' it is perfectly clear that (none) of the Empire representatives (Presidents) improved the economies, but in fact created ever growing uncontrolled Debt. Both President Reagan and Clinton of course having an honored place in raising Americas National-Debt about 600% from between 1980-2000, and this by borrowing from future generations. Clinton's miraculous (and fake) "Buy-back" of the National Debt disappearing as fast as the fake budget surplus. Regarding US Presidents as Empirical pawns, consider President Franklin Roosevelt in 1939, saying about his buddy dictator Anastasio Samoza of Nicaragua "He may be a son of a bitch, but he's our son of a bitch." As far as Clintons list of dead friends, anyone ignorant of this story is indeed ignorant.

The closest I will get to defending Clinton will be in condemning the GOP leadership, this because of their deliberate use of consensual sex-gossip for 6 years, effectively blocking any interest in investigating the real crimes of the Clinton Administration. This was when the GOP had a majority in the House, and correctly began Impeachment proceedings for the wrong crime. It is now apparent their intent was later to drop these sex and lying charges when possible in the GOP controlled Senate, which of course is what they did. Regardless, no one with the intelligent Clinton was supposed to have had, could have been stupid enough to commit the criminal things he ended up doing, nor for matter what was done in Arkansas as governor. Keeping in mind that sex today is a political perk.
We will skip President Clinton selling out Top Secret technology to Communist China, this is my revenge for President Nixon in 1960's ending the Embargo against Communist China, allowing and beginning the "Most Friendly" trade partnership. In fact I will not mention Vincent Foster involvement in WACO, nor his suicide after, nor after this traveling across town to be found in a nice park. On top of that I will not mention Hillary pouncing on his home file cabinet afterward, removing (some) files, nor her $99,000.00 return (after 1-year) from investment of only $1,000.00. Let's just say, it is not who you know, but how well you know them 'insider' and out.

Skipping Governor Clintons connection and trip to Mena, Arkansas airport, where CIA assets were involved in Iran/Contra drug shipments, more interesting is how (mensa) Clinton prepared for a career in politics while still a youth. Even during college the young Clinton during these years saying "politics is the only life for me", and during breaks working as an intern for a Arkansas Senator and others. Clinton said he was against the Vietnam war, but when offered sanctuary in the national guard (essentially an exemption from any service), took off instead for Europe, the story about consorting with Russians was actually a political rues put out by the Bush-senior group. But what could be a better plan for entering politics and becoming qualified as Supreme Commander of Americas military, simply dodging the military shows no imagination.
In fact the present Iraq 'Police Action' may be from Presidential (unConstitutional) August 1998 'Executive Order', required from Clinton to have initialized offensive military attack upon Osama bin Laden's base in Afghanistan. In this context of illegal wars, three "Wars" still exist that for 63 years have left America in a continuous Emergency War-State. These exist from past Presidential Emergency War Power 'Executive Orders' declaring war upon some offending enemy. Presidential War Powers being unConstitutional because the Constitution mandates that only the Congress may Declare War. Once Congress Declares War, then and only then does a President become Supreme Commander of the US military.
The (only) authorization to Declare War found in US Constitution is given specifically and only to Congress, further the Constitution gives the Congress no authority to abdicate this power in any manner to the Executive branch. The Constitution does allow the President to Defend America with US military when 'Under Attack', however no where within the Constitution will be found Presidential authority to begin an 'Offensive War' against another nation that has not attacked America. Besides this fact the Bush-Administration began heavy military actions within Iraq without UN authority, before even Congress passing their unconstitutional Resolution (supposedly) for war. A careful reading of this Resolution will show it attempted to limit Presidential Emergency War Powers, and which the Bush-Administration completely ignored concerning all parameters and limits set forth in the Resolution by Congress.
Everyone by now is familiar with the outcry against the Bush-Administration for usurping Congressional authority to pre-emptily "Declare War" on Iraq, however has anyone considered that Pres-Clinton without UN authority or Congressional "Declaration of War" also had Iraq mercilessly bombed killing many Iraq civilians, after which some claimed his only motive was political posturing. Did the DEM Congress fuss, did the GOP Congress in their second term as majority make a fuss, by golly gosh gee they did not. In fact history and facts show in the first three months of 1999, U.S. led-forces bombarded Iraq with 241,000 pounds of bombs—just shy of the 253,000 pounds dropped under President Bush in the eight months leading up to the final UN resolution before the war. One apparently a 'Just War' in killing civilians, the other was 'Just Another War' killing civilians.
Included criminal action of Clinton would be the Executive Order permitting US and British military (forward deployed) during the murder of Davidian women and the burning alive of Davidian children in WACO, Texas. Also interesting is that during the Kosovo war in the Baltics, in which conventional military were attached to NATO, at the same time Corp-Mercenary "Military Professional Resources Inc" were contracted by the Clinton Administration (Pentagon) and sent to train the enemy, these being the Kosovo KLA (aka organized Drugs and Crime connected to the Middle East Drug Lords).
Regarding the 'great devil' Osama bin Laden, who from 1980 had training bases in Afghanistan, training what we then called Freedom Fighters, and who we now call Terrorists. Despite Osama terrorist actions of killing Americans, and this permitted by the Taliban, Clinton as late as 1997 invited the Afghanistan Taliban leaders to Washington for talks regarding Caspian oil/gas pipeline through Afghanistan. Clinton at the time had a multimillion dollar aid package for the Taliban leaders in Afghanistan. You must understand that despite Taliban permitting Osama bases that trained radical Muslim to kill Americans, oil was much more important.
Concerning this US Oil-Empire, it was 1998-9 when Clinton allowed the beginning of 'Price Fixing' of International oil prices. Due to an international oil-glut in late 1998, oil prices had dropped for int'l sweet-crude to $9.46/bbl. Without significant change in production (producers could not afford cutting production), prices began rising sharply. Prices rose over 300% by the time President Bush in year 2000 got his government into operation. California saw a total of 700% increase in energy prices eventually, remembering it only took the 300% starter price fixing in 1999 to throw the entire US economy into the toilet.
Continuing on with the US Oil-Empire, before the Iraq Police Action, the Caspian oil/gas pipeline through the Baltic's region may again been the real reason for covert war. In his article "A model for the Balkans", Alex N. Dajkovic says...
There are some persistent themes in the history of the Balkans. After an eclipse of about fifty years following World War II, they have forcefully and often violently reemerged over the past decade. Reflecting on the pattern, George Kennan asserts that “obviously, it is a problem with very deep historical roots.” “Aggressive nationalisms” rooted in “deeper traits of character inherited, presumably, from a distant tribal past” continue to plague the region and “seem to be decisive as a determinant of the troublesome, baffling and dangerous situation that marks that part of the world today.” Kennan expresses a view that prevails in the Western political and intellectual elite circles, and serves to justify policy.
Indeed, a look at Balkan history reveals a major historical signature. The recurring theme, however, differs substantially from the one promoted by the prevailing view and suggests a reason for the narrow focus of Western interpretations of recent historical developments. Balkans are no more prone to turbulence or ethnic hatreds than any other part of the world, historians agree. Outside forces, much more than internal rifts, have traditionally been “decisive determinants” of regional history. Far from being passive observers reluctant to get involved, foreign powers have coveted the region for centuries and sought to assert their hegemony there-- whether by establishing direct control through military conquest or by controlling the internal political elements indirectly. Their domination was invariably accompanied by exploitation of local resources and disenfranchisement of the population. If one historical theme is to be emphasized for its effects on Balkan history and its persistence over time, it is precisely foreign hegemony, not “ethnic hatreds.”
The situation in the current version of Yugoslavia is illustrative. Though it is formally still a federation of Serbia and Montenegro, Kosovo being a province of Serbia, Yugoslavia is not recognized by the dominant powers, apparently awaiting final resolution of its status, consistent with their interests. At present, Kosovo is ruled by outside powers, formally through the UN. Montenegro has joined “transatlantic integrations,” Serbia’s status remaining uncertain.
Montenegro is regularly hailed as an example for the Balkans by Western officials. When, in February of 2000, the Montenegrin Prime Minister visited Washington, US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright “reinforced US support for the Government of Montenegro’s efforts on democratization and economic reform.” At the time, the State Department emphasized that Montenegro is “serving as a model and stimulus for change” in the region. Robert Gelbard, former US envoy to the Balkans, expressed a similar sentiment when he called Montenegro a “guiding light” in his testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Given the exalted rhetoric, a close look at the “efforts on democratization and economic reform” that Montenegro is pursuing would give an indication of the “change” that the US is stimulating in the Balkans. It would show the direction in which the “guiding light” is pointing the whole region.
During the early years of the disintegration of Yugoslavia, official Montenegro supported unity. It remained federated with Serbia even after other republics had seceded. The vast majority of the population also remained committed to Yugoslavia, so Montenegrin nationalism with secessionist tendencies found scant support. In 1997 there was a split in the ruling party, Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), which had been up to that point loyal to the Yugoslav regime. The split was caused primarily by differences in favored policy towards assertive outside forces, with the Djukanovic-led faction taking a more submissive approach and the remainder of the party remaining recalcitrant and committed to Yugoslav statism with some leftist rhetoric. The US took advantage of the split, caused in no small measure by US pressure, to further its goals in the area, and changed its policy towards Montenegro.
So what can I say, for beginner's there is (no) difference between DEM or GOP "Leadership", both are successful in sucking on Empire Teat. When their Pork, Perk, PAC, and Payola is all done, so generally is citizen rights and taxes. It would be a serious mistake to believe there is any difference between the DEM and GOP hierarchy, both have willingly led this nation down a path that may end in destruction. At best I have only touched on the Crimes of the Clinton Administration, please for this reason do not think that I am covering up for him.
American 'Capitalism' allowed unbridled has today outsourced much of our past industry and technology to 'Strategic Locations' benefiting an elect few importing 80% or more of all consumables, these because of relative slave labor in Third World nations enable hugh usury-profits after jacking price obscenely above original production costs, also strapping common America with tremendous Trade Debt as result. America today consists of a Military-Industrial-Complex leaving citizens to deal with the perpetual War-Economy and U$ International-Market-Dollar literally a paper-note (debt) of exchange.
